project management training

project management is the discipline of defining targets while optimising the use of resources.

the project management technique came into being in the late forties as a means of improving American military planning. It is now a well accepted discipline with qualifications available at all levels, however it is also applied commonsense!

we encounter projects everyday, whether they be organising a wedding, undergoing house renovationsor large and often complex work projects. most people will have experienced complications when trying to "manage' these projects and they are often done on an ad hoc basis. karen runs a 2 day workshop to help participants to develop and adopt techniques to improve their mangement of all projects both at work and in their personal life - see winehound projects page for testimonials
